Amro Flemyn Croydon Ltd bought the former Croydon Park Hotel from Croydon Borough Council in December 2021.

We are currently looking at development opportunities for the site. When we are sufficiently advanced with our ideas we will be sharing our outline proposals with the wider Croydon community. We are expecting this to happen later in 2022.
